MEASURE WITH CONFIDENCE
How to Measure
Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it level around your body. Measure over light clothing without pulling the tape tightly.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inside Leg / Inseam
Measure from the top of your inner leg to your preferred trouser hem. You can also measure the inside seam of trousers that fit you well.

Men’s Clothing
For T-shirts, polos, and shirts, compare your chest measurement with the item’s size chart. Check shoulder width, sleeve length, and garment length where provided.
For trousers, compare your waist, hips, and inseam with the product’s measurements.
Women’s Clothing
For tops, shirts, and blouses, compare your bust measurement with the item’s size chart.
For dresses, check your bust, waist, and hips, along with the listed garment length. For trousers, compare your waist, hips, and inseam.
Unisex Clothing
Unisex sizing can follow different proportions depending on the product. Use the measurements and fit description shown for that specific item.
Compare the item’s measurements with a similar garment you already own and find comfortable.

Measurements
Check whether the product’s chart lists body measurements or garment measurements.
Body Measurements
Describe the person the size is intended to fit.
Garment Measurements
Describe the clothing itself. These may include extra room for movement or the intended fit.
Compare garment measurements with a similar item you already own and find comfortable. If the measurement type is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Fit and Size Labels
Labels such as S, M, and L are not universal measurements. Numbered sizes can also differ between sizing systems.
Use the sizing system and measurements stated for the individual product. Do not assume that a size label automatically follows U.S. sizing unless the product information confirms this.
Check the product description for details such as slim, regular, relaxed, or oversized fit.
Between Sizes?
Consider the item’s cut, fabric, stretch, and your preferred fit. There is no single sizing-up or sizing-down rule that works for every product.
